limestone and clay, pebbly.


Grape Varieties 30 % grenache blanc, 60% bourboulenc,
10% muscat petits grains.

Vinification immediate, gentle pressing, temperatures controlled at
17°C; addition of yeast.

Cellaring Potential 5 years.

Serving Temperature 10°C.

Maturation 6 months in vat, 10% maturation in new French oak barrels.

Tasting note the Lastours Blanc shows a powerful nose of white flowers and citrus fruits. In the mouth the wine is exotic with a hint of vanilla.

Food Matches this wine combines perfectly with fish - grilled or poached - and seafood, as well as with goats-cheese.
