Grape varieties 50% Carignan, 20% Syrah, 30% Grenache.

Vinification traditional at low temperatures.

Cellaring Potential to be appreciated in 5 years.

Serving temperature 18 à 20°C.

Maturation 15-18 months in vat.

Tasting ruby colour, with glints of violet. The nose is aromatic and intense with youthful forward fruity scents; full bodied, subtle and young, it will give you great pleasure.

Food matches hearty meat dishes. Hard cheeses.
